Lincoln Park Newark

Newark’s Lincoln Park has evolved from a fashionable residential district, to a locus for medical offices, and then substance abuse rehabilitation clinics as the area experienced decline in the late 20th century.  Today Lincoln Park is being redeveloped as an arts district, spearheaded by Lincoln Park/Coast Cultural District, Inc., where Prof.  Schuman serves as Board President and faculty members have conducted five design studios.
