HCAD Cohort

Action Needed to Remove Advisor Hold

First-Year, First-Time Freshmen

You are required to meet with your designated First-Year Advisor in the Office of Academic Advising (OAA).

 

Please check your NJIT student account to confirm there are no other holds. 

New Transfer Students

HCAD students enrolled in their 2nd Year at NJIT or higher

You are required to meet with your designated HCAD Advisor.

 

Please follow the instructions in the Registration Checklist and the Registration Campaign email sent to you by your HCAD advisor.

 

Please check your NJIT student account to confirm there are no other holds.

4th and 5th Year Students

  1. In Good Academic Standing

AND

  1. Enrolled in a 4th or 5th year studio (AD 463; ARCH 463, 464, 495, 595; DD/ID/INT 464)

There will be no Advisor Hold for registration.

OPTIONAL: For review and/or feedback on your Degree Plan, please follow the instructions in the HCAD Senior Progress email sent to you by HCAD Advising. 

Master of Architecture (M.Arch) Students

You are required to upload your Degree Plan for advisor review.

Master of Science in Architecture (MS.Arch) Students

Master of Urban Design (MUD) Students
