Hillier College has established the following dual degree programs, both within the College and with other NJIT Schools/Colleges. These degree programs permit students to obtain their selected architecture degree (B. Arch., M. Arch.) with an additional Masters degree, often in substantially less time than if pursued separately.

- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) and Master of Urban Design
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) and MBA of Management of Technology
- Bachelor of Architecture and M.S. in Management
- Master of Architecture (M. Arch) and Master of Science in Architecture (M.S. Arch)
- Master of Architecture (M. Arch) and Master of Urban Design (MUD)
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) and Master of Science in Management (MSMgmt)
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) and Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE)
