Social Block is a thirty floor apartment building located in Newark,NJ. The project’s foundation revolves around serving the community as whole, incorporating flex spaces to enhance educational programs in the area. It’s programming is embedded into the building with educational, commercial, retail and recreational spaces open to the public. Community rooftops and flex spaces being the main junction, as well as the other public amenities such as the two story daycare center, urgent medical center, and youth center.
