Question:
When are the hours for the office of the dean? Could I deliver my entry after school or on the weekend?
Answer:
The hours of the Office of the Dean are Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 4:30. Entries may be delivered only during those hours.
Question:
I'm not entirely sure what exactly the printing process is. Is it like printing out things from your printer at home and then mounting them to the board, or is it professional printing like the type that has to be done at the copy center?
Answer:
It can be either mounted at home or by a commercial copy center. If your entry is produced digitally, the copy center will print and mount it. If you have original artwork, you can mount it yourself on a board of the appropriate size.
The required 32” x 32” format is too large to be printed on most home printers. You will have more luck if you use a commercial printer at a copy center.
